Cooking Instructions for Breaded Chicken

Thaw overnight in the fridge

  1. Add 1 tablespoon of butter and 1/2 cup of frying oil into nonstick frying pan on medium heat until hot (test with pinch of residual breadcrumbs)

  2. Place chicken carefully into oil, do not overcrowd the pan

  3. Fry on each side for about 4 minutes until golden brown

  4. Remove and place on paper towel to remove excess oil.
