Cooking Instructions for Goulash (Filo Dough) with Meat

Thaw overnight in the fridge

  1. Preheat oven to 350.

  2. Remove parchment paper

  3. Whisk one egg and add to it a half cup of milk and a dash of pepper

  4. Cut the pastry into squares and then add the milk mixture all over the goulash

  5. Place in middle rack for approximately 30 minutes or until filo dough is a golden color
